Dr. Allen Proctor, The NeuroMedical Center. Dr. Proctor completed his degree in medicine at Louisiana State University School of Medicine. His internship in internal medicine was completed at University Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. He com-pleted a neurology residency in 1985 at Tulane University. He has practiced at The NeuroMedical Center since the completion of his residency. He is board certified in neurology and electromyography, and is a member of the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. | |
